Mr. Jment Lim from Malaysia is the founder
and Managing Director of the Lucky Ruby Border Casino. He
started his career from a humble role as a casino dealer and
now owns two reputable land-based casinos in Cambodia.
The guiding principles and values instilled by Mr. Lim form
the foundation of our operations. His dedication has shaped
our vision, missions, and core values—now shared with our
sister company, Lucky89 Border Casino.
Raised with resilience and determination, Mr. Lim continues
to contribute to the community through employment
opportunities and charitable acts that uplift lives.
Under his passionate leadership, we aim for sustainable
growth both as a business and as a positive force in
society.
Lucky89 Border Casino is located at Prey Vor, Svay Rieng
Province of Cambodia. Our location is uniquely positioned as
we are only 3 hours away from Phnom Penh, less than an hour
should you be coming from Bavet, and only 2.5 hours if you
are traveling from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
Currently, we have a total of 63 HOTEL ROOMS and more will
be built as we expand. Our border casino is not just a
typical casino that just caters to gambling activities as we
have a whole range of other facilities that would be able to
benefit every member of society.
Our facilities include our
SAUNA, TRADITIONAL KHMER MASSAGE, CASINO RESTAURANT, SKY
BAR, KARAOKE (KTV), GYM, DISCO, ASIAN BEER GARDEN
and the latest addition, our very own LUCKY RUBY MART &
CAFE.
Our casino and all facilities are legally licensed and we
welcome you to Lucky Ruby to experience what we can offer to
