Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive Phnom Penh
- Arrival at Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport
- Meet and greeted by our English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel in Phnom Penh city
- Enjoy the nightlife at Walk Street in your own style, a food paradise where you can taste a variety of Khmer dishes and eat like a local. At the same time, enjoy cultural activities and traditional Khmer performances.

Day 2
Phnom Penh City Tour
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
- Start to visit Wat Phnom Daun Penh, a Buddhist temple pagoda symbolizing the name of Phnom Penh. Standing 27 meters high on a man-made hill, Wat Phnom is the most significant temple in Phnom Penh
- Visit the Royal Palace of Cambodia, the royal residence of the King of Cambodia. Must-see parts include the Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda, housing priceless Buddha and historical objects including the “Emerald Buddha” and a floor covered by more than 5,000 silver tiles.
- Visit the National Museum, Cambodia’s largest museum of cultural history and leading historical and archaeological museum, with the world’s largest collection of Khmer art, sculptures, ceramics, bronzes, and ethnographic objects.
- Visit Independence Monument, built in 1958 to memorialize Cambodia's independence from France in 1953. Designed by architect Vann Molyvann, shaped like a lotus bud adorned with Naga heads, resembling Khmer temples at Angkor. Behind it is a statue of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdach Preah Norodom Sihanouk, the father king of Cambodia.
- Visit Central Market (Psar Thmey), a unique Art Deco building from 1937 with a vast array of goods. Alternatively, explore Tuol Tum Poung Market (Russian Market) known for handicrafts, clothing, antiques, and art.
- Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
- Visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former secondary school used as Security Prison 21 (S21) by the Khmer Rouge, where inmates were tortured and later executed.
- Visit the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, 15km from Phnom Penh, a memorial site with a Buddhist stupa containing over 5,000 human skulls, marking mass graves of Khmer Rouge victims.
- Enjoy dinner and then transfer to the hotel
- Note: You must dress appropriately when visiting the Royal Palace. Pants or skirts should cover your knees, and shirts must cover your shoulders – no sleeveless tops or singlets are allowed.
- Optional:
- Enjoy a sunset cruise at the confluence of the Mekong, Tonle Sap, and Bassac rivers in front of the Royal Palace for a breathtaking view of Phnom Penh’s skyline.

Phnom Penh – Pottery Village – Phnom Sampov – Battambang
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
- Begin your journey to Battambang province
- Stop to visit a pottery workshop in Kampong Chhnang Province, known for its centuries-old pottery tradition. Watch artisans shape clay and learn traditional pottery techniques.
- Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue your journey to Battambang Province
- The name “Battambang” means “lost staff,” from a Khmer legend of King Dambang Kranhoung. A large statue commemorates this in the center of town.
- Upon arrival, visit Phnom Sampov: killing field cave with Khmer Rouge history, temples, monastery, statues, and panoramic views from the summit.
- At Sampov foothill, watch millions of bats fly out from Bats Cave at sunset.
- Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and transfer to the hotel for check-in
- Overnight in Battambang

- Visit the Battambang symbol statue, Ta Dambong Kra Nhoung
- Visit Khmer Ancient House, a wooden hip-roof house over 100 years old showcasing traditional architecture
- Visit villages surrounded by rice fields at Ou Srauo Laou, then board the bamboo train for a unique countryside ride
- Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
- Depart for Phnom Penh city
- Upon arrival, enjoy dinner and transfer to the hotel for check-in
- Enjoy the nightlife of Phnom Penh
