Dragon Tiger Rules

A fast-paced game of strategy and luck

Dragon Tiger is a simple game with fascinating origins. It adapts the 12,000-year-old East Asian art tradition of the dragon and tiger, while incorporating elements of Baccarat and Casino War into a fast-paced two-card battle. In East Asian culture, the dragon and tiger spirits are wildly different yet deeply connected—destined to be eternal rivals. In this game, one card is drawn for the Dragon and one for the Tiger, and the higher card wins.

Dragon Tiger is played with 8 decks of standard cards and is one of the simplest table games available. Players can bet on whether the Dragon or the Tiger will hold the higher card, or if the game will result in a tie. The dealer reveals two cards face up—one representing the Dragon and one representing the Tiger. The King is the highest card, while the Ace is the lowest. If both cards are of equal value, the game is considered a tie.
